Yes, you can create your own custom page and add your own content. To do this, click on the the "Write New Article" link on the left menu. Then select "sub-page" as the type of article. You can then enter the name you would like for the page and add the content you want to add to that page. A link to that page will appear in the navigation of your domain web site by default.
